Principal
- Provides Leadership in formulation and implementation of

Head Teachers (Academic/Vocational)
- Assist the principal in the direction and supervision of
a secondary school offering academic and vocational courses.
- Participate in the preparation of secondary school academic/vocational
programs.
- Prepare amd administer the testing program of the school.
- Maintain the discipline of teh students.
- Coordinate co-curricular activities and academic program of the school.
- Perform the duties and assume the responsibilities of the principal in
his absence. |

Secondary School Teachers
- Prepare effective daily lesson plans, visual aids and
other devices for instruction.
- Check/record students attendance and keep parents informed of students
progress.
- Prepare and submit necessary school/student forms and reports.
- Conduct guidance service of respective classrooms.
- Implement school rules and regulations.
- Check the payment of school fees and control reciept numbers.
- Execute the administrators policies design for the welfare of the students.
- Maintain the cleanliness of classrooms, school facilities and equipment.
- Keep record of students performance.
Guidance Counselor
- Gives students counseling interviews during the school
year.
- Conduct follow-up counseling interviews for students who need or request
for it.
- Consult with teachers, parents and other persons concerning data and
information about the students.
- Help with the placement of students in the proper section and curriculum
year level.
- Conduct personal interview for prospective drop-outs.
- Give individual testing when necessary.
- Make referrals to local officials and professionals.
- Undertake group testing and interpret results.
- Gather and distribute informal materials and invite resource persons
for vocational guidance.
- Conduct researches on the development of boys and girls.

School Librarian
- Organize direct and initiates a system by which the
library and its materials are accessible to students and
teachers.
- Recommend to the administration policies, materials and books for the
library.
- Make available for the school a well rounded collection of library materials.
- Guide teachers and students respectively in their library work and researh.
Administrative Support Staff
- Maintain a functional fiscal central system.
- Maintain a functional records central system.
- Central payment of salaries and responsible clerical work.
- Prepare routine official letters and endorsement.
- Maintain a functional personnel central system.
Non-formal Education Coordinator
- Organize continuing education and out of school youth.
- Organize and supervise community sports development.
- Organize literary classes and encourage the establishment of training
center for manpower.
- Conduct meeting/conferences in the purok, zones and prepare report be
submitted on time.
Department Heads
- Observe and supervise the teaching of subject area,
evaluate teaching procedures so that the instructional
requirements are compiled.
- Evaluate accomplishment of teachers.
- Record & submit reports regarding students & teachers program.

- Orient new teachers.

Security Guard
- Safegurad and protect buildings, properties, cash, equipment,
supplies, cargoes, firearms, mails, item against robbery.
- Guard and check cargoes and goods being loaded or unloaded and conduct
the same to destination.
- Guard and protect premises, campus, shop, bodegas and motor pool from
unlawful entry.
- Accost suspicious persons and report unussual happening and accidents
and maintain peace and order within the vicinity.
- Inspect the condition of building to detect needed and report the same.
- Conduct investigation of disturbances and imfraction of the institutions
rules and regulations.
- Guard and protect students, officials and employees.
School Nurse
- Organizes a functional clinic.
- Conducts the different screening procedures like vision test, hearing
test, height & weight measurement, health examination
assessment of students.
- Supervises the maintainace of safe healthful and sanitary conditions
of the school plant.
- Conducts individual health & nutrition assessment/examination.
- Encourages the school administrator to provide safe and sanitary health
facilities.
