Spring!

Things are still a little bare but it is starting to warm up. Still working in the dirt over in the Yard & Garden.

My google toolbar has not stopped over 800 pop-ups! It free and you'll find it at www.google.com.

On a sad note Lady Lou our attack basset passed away last week.

Kj is still sewing and updating her site at Karen's Korner.

Using just her sewing machine Kj has brought back this 18th century family from the past. Find out how she did it at Karen's Korner.

Now if she can just find a way to get them back.

Time to build something?

Why not check out my shop built router table. Free step by step plans are in the woodshop.

Japanese Tansu.

I've found my next woodworking project!

You'll find details in the Woodshop.

Karen's Korner is now open. Kjs been working for the past six months putting a family of eight into colonial costumes, and at last they are finally done. She is still putting up the details and hopes to finish her site sometime this century.

As for me I've been correcting broken links and a busted van. I'm on the road again and hope to get more time to work on this site. Be patient.

With sixty degree temps forecasted we'll soon be outside again. Well gotta go clean out the dog run...later.

Ya know it's winter outside sooo I'm messing with the web page again.

I'm currently adding a Computer Stuff section which will contain parts of my "What's it all about hal" computer course to building and selecting computer components.

Look for info on stopping those nasty pop-ups, getting rid of spy ware and ways to make your computer run better.

I'll also include some basic rules on email.

"WINDS WILL REMAIN AROUND 10 MPH THROUGH MUCH OF THE UPCOMING
NIGHT...AND MAY EVEN INCREASE OVER WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN TO 10 TO
15 MPH LATE TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING. THIS...COMBINED WITH AIR
TEMPERATURES FALLING TO 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO ACROSS THE ENTIRE
AREA...WILL CAUSE WIND CHILLS TO FALL TO 35 TO 45 BELOW
ZERO...ESPECIALLY LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

THESE WIND CHILL VALUES WILL LEAD TO FROSTBITE ON EXPOSED SKIN IN AS
LITTLE AS 10 MINUTES."...NOAA

Hey it's 6 degrees below zero! But I'm thinking spring. (God what a bunch of crap that first line is. Gotta make sure not to include it in the final edit.)

Actually I'm working in the round. On picnic tables no less and maybe a small round table to put outside the Adirondack Chair.

It's over in the woodshop.

As you can see the new web site is starting to come together.

Check out the Yard & Garden for a complete guide on developing your own landscape plan.

A new year, a new web page.

I hope you like the new format

It's going to take a little time to put this thing back together again.
