Niagara Falls, Ontario
Wednesday 9/24/03 - We drove from Troy's place in Detroit to Niagara Falls. We checked into our room at the Radisson and then took a shuttle over to the casino to exchange our money. We walked down Clifton Hill to view the Falls which were absolutely beautiful! Then we went to Hard Rock Cafe for a drink and then to the Rock n Roll Wax Museum which wasn't that great compared to the one in Vegas. We walked over to the Skylon Tower and looked around and then had dinner at the revolving restaurant at the top. It's an awesome view and the food was great. Then we took the shuttle back and walked down to the falls, but it was pretty windy and misty so we went to have a drink at a bar called Coco's and listened to a guitarist sing some Bruce Springsteen. The next day we drove through Niagara on the Lake on our way to Toronto.

Toronto, Onatario
We checked into the Grand Hotel and then walked over to Eaton Centre and looked around at the shops and then had lunch at the City Grill. We went back to the hotel and then took a cab over to the Delta Chelsea to catch a 2 hour bus tour on Toronto Tours. It was really neat and we had a great tour guide. Took us on Spadina Avenue to see some neat houses on Millionaire's row, through the colleges in Toronto, Casa Loma, CN Tower, Sky Dome and by the Harbour Front. We had dinner at Cyrano's. Then we went up to sit in the hot tub on the roof overlooking the city which was awesome!

Troy's in Detroit
We left Toronto after our yummy complimentary breakfast, had no problems getting back into the US and then went to Troy's. Had lunch at Wild Buffalo Wings and then relaxed and did laundry while waiting for Troy to get home from work. We had a yummy BBQ dinner at Logan's Roadhouse and then drinks at Snooker's.
The next morning we drove to East Lansing for the Iowa game at MSU. We had breakfast at the Cracker Barrel and then unfortunately watched the Hawkeyes lose 20-10. They played a terrible game and it was very depressing - especially sitting in mostly MSU fans territory:( We went back to Troy's and had dinner at Benedetto's, a great italian restaurant, and then went to Mt. Clemens for some drinks at the Post Bar and then John Barleycorn.
Sunday Troy made us a wonderful breakfast and then we were on our way back home after a great vacation!
