Scoutmaster Report
We had some discussion on getting new parents more involved and interested. We urge all parents to visit the troop website for information and help.
Ross reported the Submarine trip was enjoyed by all and recommended the troop consider doing this again in 3-4 years alternating with the Eagle Cave trip.
At the last meeting they were able to advance 11 boys in ranks. Just another reminder that at each meeting, the Scout book is required. TLC has decided to do a similar event every month so Scouts can get going on the Trail.
Ross noted that potluck date had to be changed to accommodate the
church schedule and we are looking into an alternate site for that
event next year.
Camping
December------no camp out planned
January-------Filipo Campgrounds near Cannon Falls on 1/21 and 1/22.
There will be no ski day but sledding is available on the
campgrounds.
February-----under consideration. Some idea of getting the boys
a "Zero Hero" badge by sleeping/staying outdoors for 24 hours.

TREASURER'S REPORT
Wreath sales directly correlate to the amount of credit we give out to the boys. We need to evaluate what we do every year. Still looking for a replacement. See Andy if interested.
Wreath sales were down this year so the troop needs to consider how
we motivate more sales. Due to the decreased sales we will have to
look at what we pay out as camp credits this year.
MISC.
December Court of Honor (12/13/05) includes a Potluck. Each family
will be asked to bring a dish to share. We decided due to Band
conflict to move the Potluck to 7 PM. Details will follow.
A-L Casseroles/entrees
M-Z Salads/side dishes
All bring a dessert.
Troop will need help cleaning up so stick around!
