Scoutmaster Report

The Viking Council Cub Scout Camps for the Bloomington area need Boy Scout Volunteers to man the stations. The event will be at Moir Park on July 15 and July 16 and again on July 22 and July 23 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This time would count as service hours and it is a fun event as well. See Scoutmaster Ross if interested.

Also, the Webelos Camps at Sterns are looking for Scout help. If you are 15 or older and looking for a summer job, this might be your opportunity to make some $$, have fun and do service hours. Food and Lodging are included. See Scoutmaster Ross if you want more information.

We have several candidates for the Youth Leadership at Pine Tree Training. We are going to try and send every boy who is interested.

Camping

The April campout will be 4/16-4/18. We are going to Big Island Camp in Albert Lea. Details will be discussed at the April meetings. We do need Adult volunteers.

The May campout will be 5/7 at Cleary Lake that will include the OA Call Out and Pig Roast on 5/8/04. Good times and Good weather! REMEMBER! The May parent meeting is at the Camp at 9:00AM on the 8th.looking forward to a great turnout. Be sure and let friends and family know that they are welcome to come to the ceremony and pig roast.
Boys----think about inviting a friend who is not in Scouting.

June will be a Court of Honor at the Bush Lake Isaak Walton site.
June is also the month we plan next year's activities and develop the plans so be sure and participate in that event.
