Wreath Sales Expectations
1. $250.00 Minimum Sales Level Each Boy Scout selling $250 or more in wreath products will receive a 5% commission on each dollar sold. If the Scout does not reach the $250 sales level, he will not receive any sales commission.
Example: Scout sold $450 of wreath products. He receives a $22.50 commission. Scout sold $245 of wreath products. He does not receive a commission.
2. Early Sales Cash Bonus The Scout's greatest success comes from those who begin selling wreaths quickly. As a result, each Scout who sells at least $500 in wreath products by first meeting in October and brings his sales records to document the sales will receive an instant $40 cash bonus.
Example: Scout sold $510 of wreath products by first October meeting. He brings his sales records to the meeting and receives an instant $40 cash bonus
3. Camp Credit Money In addition to the cash incentives, each Scout can earn camp credit money. This money will be credited to his individual camp account and can be used to pay for Many Point Scout camp, High Adventure trips, or to purchase camping equipment (e.g. sleeping bag, hiking boots, back pack, etc.). There are no minimum sales amounts associated with this incentive, although the camp credit commission rate increases as sales increase.
