| Scoutmaster Kent Whitson | 1 | Primary adult point of contact for all scouting activities, including meetings, campouts, service projects, etc. Presides at Courts of Honor and other formal ceremonies. Provides guidance to SPL and Scout leaders. Most visible and influential adult position in the Troop. | |||||||
| Quartermaster Brad Miller | 1 | Works with Scout Quartermaster to inventory trailer contents, buy or repair equipment, keep trailer neat and orderly. Coordinate trailer repairs if necessary. | |||||||
| Camping Coordinator (Adult Patrol Leader) Gary Tenneson Open | 2 | Coordinates camping trips and outings for the year. Reserves campgrounds, cabins, etc. Coordinates transportation of the Scouts and trailer to all events. Assigns purchase of food and cooking details to Camp Cooks or other adults. Works with Camp Cooks on Menu planning and coordination of food. Must plan in advance of the fall season, important to attend annual planning meeting. | |||||||

| 1st Year Parent Mentor Kent Whitson Ross Amundson | 2 | Assists, coaches and educates first year parents about the Troop, Scouting, advancement and activities. Works with Scout Guides who will coach the first year Scouts with things such as menu planning, duty rosters for campouts, equipment set-up, etc. Develops outline describing the Troop, patrol method, expectations for parents, advancement, outings, etc. Encourages new parents to register as Committee Members, Assistant Scoutmasters and Merit Badge Counselors and become active in the Troop. Encourages new parents to take the appropriate Scout Leader training. | |||||||

| Merit Badge Counselors | All Parents | Each parent is responsible to select one or more merit badges in an area of personal interest, hobby or expertise. Obtain and review merit badge books. Prepare to work with a Scout wanting to obtain a merit badge. Scouts will initiate contact; you coach them and verify that they have completed the requirements for the merit badge. | |||||||
