Felicia grew up in the area of Oxford, England as only child from very rich parents. Always a firebrand, she made a habit of picking fights with anyone her age. She was sent to a private school to be thought "proper manners". She got kicked out after a fight that got out of hand. Moving up to London, she officially joined the academy of arts, but in fact started moonlighting in the local club circuit, soon building a small reputation for her cruelty and her willingness to cross the lines of good taste, taking especial delight in dominating and humiliating her opponents. When her father found out what his nice little girl had been doing, he promptly got a fatal heartattack, leaving his money in trustfund for Felicia to use. Having made a lot of enemies in the circuit, the ground became a bit to hot under her feet in London, so she decide to cross the ocean and join an American professional league.
