Subject: Antonio Banderas
Casting in the event that the Star Wars comics are ever made into movies has been a long-argued over subject.
There can be only one for the role of Exar Kun however.
That one is Antonio Banderas.
Not only does he resemble the character, but anyone who has seen Desperado can already see him in the beginnings of the role.
The reluctant walker of shadows, drawn into the darkness and swallowed whole by his own bravado and arrogance.
We can only hope that someday, if the comics become movies, Lucasfilm will be sensible enough to cast Antonio as the Jedi Knight and Dark Lord of the Sith, Exar Kun.
