Maureen books sessions for Extreme Self Care ~ a 45-minute pampering session devoted to all aspects of YOUR self-care and nurturance. This includes the �Reiki Rub� (an oil massage)
What is a Reiki Session like?
Reiki Sessions are scheduled for One Hour, allowing 45 minutes for Healing and a few minutes for questions and suggestions before and after.
During a session you lie comfortably on a Reiki table, and a highly trained and attuned Reiki practitioner places her hands in a series of positions along the energy centers, or Meridians, of the body.
You can wear any comfortable clothing, preferably cotton, and we provide soft sheets and blankets, candles, and music.
