MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Membership fees
:
The Annual Membership fee for 2004-2005 is as follows:
$80 per year (Family)
$40 per year (Individual/Senior Citizen Family)
The Guest Entry fee for 2004-2005 is as follows:
$10 per person per program will be charged for relatives of MMKC members wishing to attend the MMKC
function as guest with the members.
(Note: Applies to Guests who are not residents of Kansas/Missouri state)
$10 per person per program will be charged for non-member students & seniors attending the function.
$20 per person per program will be charged for all other non-members.
Guest Kids below 5 years - No Charge

Print the membership form and
mail the filled form to Maharashtra Mandal of Kansas City. Also please include a
check (payable to MMKC) towards the membership fee
along with the form.
