18/01/06 Bukit Timah to Macritchie reservoir ~12km 1hr 18m 135 Singlet, shorts / Bag ~ 2kg Ran at an easy pace. Had to wait for fellow comrades who were struggling at the back. With C T Koh and Keith.
18/01/06 Home to Orchard then back to home again ~8(?)km 49m13s 149 Singlet, shorts Nil, Nada, Ilek, Takda, Bo, Zilch.
