An application fee of $15 must be attached to application or application will be rejected. (Excludes scout troops, civic and church organizations and public school system groups) All vehicles must be �street legal�. Horses and saddle clubs are welcome.
Participation in the parade and any related activities shall be undertaken at the sole risk of the entrant. Entrant does hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Madison-Mayodan Jaycees, its employees, officials, directors, and agents from any and all claims arising out of an activity of the entrant, its agents or employees associated with the participation in this project.
