Come gather 'round people wherever you roam
     All of us( everyone who gets this email) will eventual
need to get back together, no matter what we turn in to, and what we are

doing, and where we are living

and admit that the waters around you have grown
     turbulence is around us...people are getting mad others, and we all
have to realize we are having a problem here, and its growing

And accept it that soon you'll be drenched to the bone
    And this problem affects everyone, even those who arent directly
involved with it....

If your time to you is worth savin'
     Our time together is precious, we realize that, so we have to do
our best to save it, and cherish the time we have together

Then you better start swimmin' or you'll sink like a stone,
For the times, they are a chang - in'
    We all better try to do our parts, or we are all gonna be in trouble

Come writers and critics who prophecies with your pen
    We all like to write emails to people, trying to guess the future,
and predict outcomes, and sometimes our guesses are true.  We are also
all critics, and thats quite obvious

And keep your eyes wide the chance won't come again
    We all have to be prepared for a chance to make something work, and
when that chance comes...bam...take advantage of it

And don't speak too soon for the wheel's still in spin
    Just rememer ..dont count your chicken's before they hatch

And there's no tellin' who that it's namin'
    No one knows for sure yet, but there will be people singled out, and
it could be anyone

For the loser now will be later to win
    The one's who put up with insults and hurts will later be the one
who conquers...patience know success later
For the times they are a-changin'

Come mothers and fathers throughout the land
    We all try to act as parents at times, everyone trying to tell
everyone else what they should do and what is right and wrong...

And don't criticize what you don't understand
    But we should stop trying to disagree w/ stuff we dont understand,
and try to learn more about the stuff we dont know about

Your sons and your daughters are beyond your command
    We are all trying to control stuff we shouldnt be foolin' with,
somethings are better left for others, and we should only work on stuff
we know about

Your old road is rapidly agin'
    Time changes all, minds change, ideas change, likes/dislikes
change..... not everyone changes at the same time though

Please get out of the new one if you can't lend a hand
For the times they are a-changin'
    If you arent ready to help someone out, please dont prevent them
from helping themselves out

Come senators, congressmen please heed the call
    We need rules, and laws, and we need to talk to each other about it,
and make our own limits and laws and rules, and blah blah..get the idea

Don't stand in the doorway, don't block up the hall
    Dont try to obstuct those who want to follow laws

For he that gets hurt will be he who has stalled
    Those who dont act and waste time, will be the ones who regret it
later on

There's a battle outside and it's ragin'
    EXACTLY

It'll soon shake your windows and rattle your walls
    It'll do more than that..."earthquakes and more"

For the times they are a-changin'
The line it is drawn the curse it is cast
    People are starting to point fingers, and "draw lines". in
anger..and this hopefully will end

The slow one now will later be fast
    Ted will become fast???..(just kiddin' here) Those of us who lag
behind in some areas will catch up with the others in time( kinda
biblical here too)

As the present now will later be past
    Forget the past...anything that happens now will soon be
past..forget things that go wrong now

The order is rapidly fadin'
    Everyone had a special "talent", thats why we blended together
perfectly, now people want to go to other areas "i.e. me..playing guitar
( hmm..no one playing chess yet, ey?)  but we are all becoming to
different

And the first one now will later be last
    Patience...everybody's changing....becoming opposites, and its a
very rough time with everyone skippin out to different schools next year
