English Lingua-Net for Reading Comprehension

This site introduces a multimedia approach to Reading Comprehension in English, and it is a reliable support for both teachers and students.

Teachers can build up the learning contents starting from the lead-in questions as a warming-up activity, continuing with different types of texts and tasks and ending with the glossary of specialized terms which identifies and defines the major concepts used  in teaching this skill.

The writing tasks are both entertaining and challenging, enabling students to assess themselves.

The modular design of this site makes it possible to choose whichever text you want and find explanations in the glossary in alphabetical order.
