Committee on Code of Ethics and Conduct

Pursuant to a resolution passed by the National Directorate Meeting of the Medical Mission Group Hospitals and Health Services Cooperative of the Philippines Federation, I therefore appoint Dr. Roland D. Hermo of MMGHHSCP Sorsogon as chairman of the committee tasked with formulating the MMGHHSCP Federation Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Dr. Hermo will appoint the rest of the members of his group.

They are tasked with coming up with the draft of the Code before the next National Directorate Meeting to be held in Roxas City, Capiz, in the last week of May 2000.
 
 

Constitutional Amendments Committee

Pursuant to a resolution passed and approved unanimously in the last National Directorate Meeting held in Tagbilaran City on March 4, creating a Constitutional Amendment Committee, I therefore appoint Dr.Ricardo Ramos of MMGHHSCP Tarlac to chair the said committee.

Dr. Ramos may chose the members of his group.

They are tasked with drafting the proposed amendments for presentation in the next National Directorate Meeting in Roxas City, Capiz, in the last weekend of May 2000.*
