Five minutes with my sister and brother-in-law, and complete and total perspective is regained. And when I started talking about what happened, we started laughing, and laughing, and laughing, and all my anger from last night was replaced immediately with a deep, wonderful, and healthy sense of the ridiculous. :)
All I needed was some time (which I have not had since this started) with my "real-life" (as opposed to just-on-the-computer) sister who loves me and knows my heart (Bob has had a rough couple days at work on some tough cases, and I have been reluctant to dump scrapbooking woes on him, ha) to remind me that life is just full of these things, and you just hand them back to God, pray for people, and move on with hope and excitement. (My brother-in-law is, incidentally, also the pastor of the church I attend.) They were dropping the kids off this morning for a day of fun with Aunt Sooz.
Yay! So let's move on, shall we? This shall conclude blog entries on the topic of "my last few bad days." I think I'll post pictures of my scrap space next time, and I'll include the cool hole in the ceiling we still haven't had patched after the winter rain storms. (It adds such ambiance.)
