The deli downstairs always messes up my bagel.

Me (emailing my friend Kira, who was with me at the time I ordered): Did I or did I not CLEARLY say Provolone cheese? They gave me cream cheese. Honestly, they ALWAYS mess up my bagel.

Kira (emailing me): I clearly heard you. That's no good. If it's not on the menu, then it doesn't exist. Maybe we should get a huge pad and write it down ... you know, I could hold the pad while you rip off the pages.
