Inverted Logic

            Inverted Logic, a band living in Colarado hits the pop-rock scene with members Amanda Wolak (rhythm guitar and lead vocalist), Kit Kokochak (rhythm guitar), Alaina Iwancio (back-up vocals and lead guitar), Jill Kateran  (drums and back-up vocals), and Kristin Campbell (bass and back-up vocals). Kristin describes the bands sound as "kick ass, in your face, jump if you can, mosh if you dare, too mellow for your own good, POP ROCK" or as Kit puts it just plain "fun". Now, no band likes to be compared to another band, and Inverted Logic has got their own sound yet, IF you were to compare them to a band, it would be Hole's newer music style.  Considering that, you'd think these girls would have some of the same influeces...wrong. The variety of influences range from Alaina influence Queen, to Jill's influence Oasis and Backstreet Boys. But when these gals get together they are all involved in the music writing process; both lyrically and musically. "We all collaborate, you never know whats going to come out of it and we like it that way" explains Jill.

    Three of the five girls still haven't graduated from high school, although the band hasn't interfered with school very much, although, they did miss a few days of school to travel to Denver for a festival with a great turn-out. Last year Inverted Logic released their 11 track album 'Answer Here' through White Crash Music and Records, their recording company. The newest news is that vocalist Amanda is temporarily leaving the band for 2-3 months for a vacation from anything musical. She will be replaced for the time being.
