Meet at hangout 1 or 2
-Whoever is racing will line up.
-Whoever is giving the signal to go will
be between and slightly ahead of the racers, facing in the opposite derection. Honking there horn 3x is the signal to go.
-There will be 1 person at the end of the road facing across, and will judge the who won.
-Crossing the line or bumping your competitor will automaticly loose you the race.
-We will have Races that are for practice, and weekly MSR tournament races, that will count against your record.
-NOS is only allowed in practice races.
-You can only race the cars that are downloaded from this site or defaults in the Weekly MSR tournament races.
-If you are caught swearing at an MSR team member or any other team member you will be banned for a month and will not be able to participate in any MSR races.
-If this happends twice, you will be fully banned.
