Payments and Payment Arrangements
Payment Methods
There are a few types of payment methods available at this time. First, is Business or Personal check/money order. I also accept payment in cash. Future arrangements are being made to accept credit cards, but we are not there yet. All clients will be notified when this is available.
Payment Arrangements
There are also many different payment arrangements that can be made for each client. The most common are 100%, 50%, 33%, and 25%. You are charged per service. How you pay this is your choice. The arrangements must be made before the first payment is due. If, say, you purchase services that add up to a $300.00 balance on your account, you may want to choose to pay this in 33% increments. That would mean that $100 will be due upon rendering the service. Your pay cycle is determined once your services have been rendered.Once they are complete, you will be notified and once it is of satisfaction, your payment will be due 5 business days following that date. A determination of pay plan will also be made at that time. Once your deadline comes, there is a 10 BUSINESS day grace period to get your payment to me before a late fee is incurred.
Late Fees and Penalties
Late fees are given in 30 day intervals at a rate of 10%. Once your first payment is past 10 days late, a fee of 10% will go onto your account. Every 30 days after that, another 10% will be incurred. Once your payment becomes more than 90 days past due without a payment arrangement, services will be terminated.
Returned checks will incur a charge of what the bank charges plus a 10% penalty charge.
