First of all, my services are 100% guaranteed. If you aren't satisfied with your service when it is initially made, I will make alterations at NO charge to you. These are initial alterations only. Also, if your service is down at any time, I don't believe you should pay. My policy is that if your services aren't working, you shouldn't have to pay for a non-working service. Whatever isn't working, you will be reimbursed for the amount of time that it is not working.

Lastly, my prices are competitive. I don't believe that web design services should be unaffordable, so I make them affordable! Try to find a better rate for services and I will try to beat them if you can show me the ad or web site!
