| Year 2 Adult Sea Ponies |
| Hasbro produced the very first sea ponies in year 2. This first year for sea ponies brought three adults, pictured below. They were each in the same mold and had the same shell design. Please note that per the boxes, each name is one word, not two. |
| Seawinkle |
| Blue body, purple hair, purple fin tips, teal eyes, pink clam shell. |
| Sealight |
| Purple body, pink hair, pink fin tips, blue eyes, green clam shell. |
| Wavedancer |
| Pink body, blue hair, blue fin tips, purple eyes, purple clam shell. |
| Each pony came with a shell brush, comb, and ribbon, some of which are seen in the pictures. There can be variances to the comb, brush, and ribbon colors. There were two types of packaging for the year 2 adults. See the MIB/MOC page for details. |
| Each shell came with a suction cup on the back so they could be attached to a bath tub. These were definitely designed as water toys, as each pony also had a tiny hole behind one ear to allow water to be squeezed out. |
