| MLLC Institute of Thought & ISM Corporation and ACT Inc., are both in compliance with the State, local, and Federal laws affecting them; their names are satisfactory, their certificates contain the necessary information and have been properly executed, and that there is nothing in their certificate or their corporation's proposed activities that violate State law or public policy, charters have been issued by the State of Delaware. The purpose of both these corporations is to engage in any lawful idea, act or activity for which corporations may be organized. Again, the proposed purpose of these two corporations is to implement (academically, therapeutically, and practically), those ideas empirically established as effective (procedurally and substantively) in developing the highest human potential possible to the human mind. No limit is placed on the psychological contributions implemented as standards followed by the same contributors nor the number of collegial members and their mental modalities whether self-taught, self-made or modalities taught by others. Any limits experienced are temporary and indicators identifying transformational progressions not obvious but to the trained mind. |
| MLLC, is the only legal (person) entity recognizing and implementing the spoken, the written thoughts and their internalization in 'thought-type' modality as a catalyst for the emergence of intelligence and mental health. So, has created its own accrediting association to assure the same standards are followed and applied by entrusting to a board of trustees: ACT Inc., the aforestated responsibility of accreditation. The specific standards of this accrediting body is held by no outside independent agency in the same procedural and substantive modality that we adhere to. However, application to related accrediting associations in addition to our own are pending. |

The Court has spoken, "the free speech and free press guarantees are not confined to any field of human interest, and that it is immaterial whether the beliefs sought to be advanced....... pertain to political, economic, religious or cultural matters." The first Amendment of the United States of America not only protects the communication of ideas but must also protect the capacity to produce ideas. You shall Know: the Truth; the 'Truth' shall set You Free. Our collective search for truth: our individual quest for intellectual fulfillment: 'embracing' the full life of the Mind.
