Steps:
1. Drag and drop the lil blinkies in the arrangement that you like into the edit box.
2. Press Print Screen on your keyboard.
3. Open any type of graphics program [Paint Shop Pro, Paint, Adobe Photo Shop, etc.
Or if you want to make it animated, use programs like Animation Shop, and others] And paste your blinkie into the program.
4. Crop the blinkie to the right size, and set the right background transperancy, if you like...up to you [I would if you plan on using the blinkies anywhere other than a white background!!]
5. THAT'S ALL! Simply upload it to your webspace
