| -Just Another- He watches her and he listens in On all of her conversations Shes depressed again He aches to hug her tight, Hold her close, He wants to promise her the world, And tell her he loves her, They need to be together, But there she sits, Distant from him, Sipping her coffee As her tear drops spill Apon her open poetry book Can she read the words Through her teary eyes? She doesn't care. She isn't reading anyway He watched her more closely Does he know her? Yes. Does she know him? No. Have they met? No. He's in love with the perfect, Perfect Stranger. She crys more rapidly now Deeper sobs, Hiding her sadness, But failing to do so. Why does she cry? He doesn't know. She doesn't know. Just another sad poem.. |

| -Desperate- She wants a stalker She leaves her doors unlocked Never has a second thought The only thing left in her house Is the couch Content with her possesions She keeps a steady job But she's lonely And desperate for a heart throb She feels but numb, Open, Weak. Silently rejected, Nothing but Unique She's different and questioned But never clasped and held She's been in hate once before, Tastes how it had felt. |
