We provide parents of children with disabilities information,

resources, and ideas which pave the way for a successful transition 

 into adulthood on our website. We hope to inform parents about 

their key role in their child's individualize transition 

 plan. 

We believe that parents are their child’s number one

advocate. We want to help provide parents of children
