Chef Seo has always had a passion for creating, whether it be making noodles or combining the finest ingredients to craft vibrant Chinese cuisine in top end restaurants both in the United States and China.

Chef Li developed her love of Chinese food when he visited Japan as a child and, later, experimented with cooking as a teenager by preparing food for her friends and family.
