THE BEGINNING
I started in American cocker spaniels in the late 70's with a little b/w boy Stonerock The Marksman " Bobby" . I bought him with me when I came home from NZ , then a year or so later I imported a red/white girl from NZ , Stonerock Mint Toffees "Lacey" Due to unforseen circumstances I lost them both far too early , so for many years I never had any "Yanks"
Then I got "Kelly" Aust Ch Nospod Ginger Kiss , what a different she made to my life , this outgoing , I am the boss girl has ruled the house , has given me 3 lovely litters and is now nearly 9 years old . It is with grateful thanks to Nospod kennels , Lesley and Len Dopson that I have Kelly
From Kelly's 3 litters I have kept , Witchware This is My Song " Hannah" , Black/White and Tan and my 2 blacks from her 3rd litter Aust Ch Witchware Black Sabbath "Thorne" and Witchware Tennessee Rose "Dusty". Both have truly lovely temperaments and with hopefully Dusty in whelp and ready to produce some lovely puppies due mid July 2008, I can carry on these lovely lines into the future .
Then in March this year 2008 I aquired my new black girl Carryon Enchanted Spirit "Maya" It is with thanks to Lenka Balog "Benykira"that I have Maya who in the 3 months I have had her is doing well in the showring winning 4 MINOR IN GROUPS and 1 PUPPY IN GROUP , and now has 55 points towards her title . She has a fabulous temperament and with my truly lovely friend Sue Bruno helping her to get her ring craft together , she is getting better all the time .
Now I have my little black boy "Blake Witchware Master and Commander He is still only a baby being just over 3 months old . This little boy is so outgoing like his mother "Dusty" We hope that he will do well in the ring
