Tanzania Tourism has largely been confined to it's Northern Circuit but in recent years the interest in Southern Tanzania has increased. Distances can be large but the areas isolation means that you avoid hoardes of other tourist and you are rewarded with experiences of a timeless Africa that is seemingly forgotten by Modern Civilization. A Safari to Southern Tanzania is exciting, adventures and unforgettable.
Hemingway describes LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK's magnificent hunting country in THE GREEN HILLS OF AFRICA. Mahogany, sausage tree and croton are alive with blue monkeys and vervets. Elephants feed off falleen fruit while bushbuck, waterbuck, baboons, aardvark, civet, the shy pangolin and leopard as well as the black rhino, all make their home in the forst.Manyara is sanctuary to elusive buffalo and hippo, giraffe, impala, zebra and the most famous residents - tree climbing lions.
RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
Ruaha is Tanzania's second largest national park and one of the wildest. The Game is centered around the Great Ruaha River. Reedbruck, Cheetah, Jackal,Spotted Hyena, Hunting dog, Greater and lesser Kudu, Elephant, Elcud, Grant, Gazelle, Mongoose, Warthog, Porcupine and the Shy Civet are commonly seen.
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
The SERENGETI is one of the world's last great wildlife refuges. This vast area of land supports the greatest remaining     concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale unparalleled anywhere else in the world. The word comes from Masai & quot;Siringet", meaning endless plains. Equal in size to Northern Ireland, the Park contains an estimated three million large animals, most of which take part in seasonal migration that is one of nature's wonders.
MANYARA

SELOUS GAME RESERVE
The Selous is the largest game reserve in Africa and is only second to the Serengeti in its concentration of wildlife. The reserve is named after Fredrick Selous killed in the reserve during the fist  World War.

The reserve has a varied terrain of rolling Savannah Woodland, grassland plains and rocky outcrops, Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Crocodile, Hippo and Wild dog are commonly see

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA
The NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA is a huge area containing active volcanoes, mountains, archaeological sites, rolling plains, forests, lake, dunes and ofcourse, NGORONGORO CRATER and OLDUVAI GORGE.

The views at the rim of Ngorongoro Crater are sensational. On the crater floor, grassland     blends into swamps, lakes, rivers, woodland and mountains -all a haven for wildlife     including the densest predator population in Africa. The crater is home to up to 25,000     large mammals.
TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
The permanent water supply of the park means that during summer, the animal population here rivals that of the Serengeti with wildebeest, zebra, eland, elephant, hartebeest, buffalo, genenuk, fringe eared oryx and flocks of birds of many different species. Prime game viewing months are between September and December.
