Most of the kicks that I describe are pretty self-explanatory for a non-fighter and so I'll keep this brief.
Hooking kick - kind of like a roundhouse in the opposite direction
Butterfly kick - like a horizontal aerial cartwheel.
Tornado kick - left spinning hooking kick into aerial roundhouse
540 kick - a tornado only landing on the kicking leg (pretty tricky)
720 kick - two spins in the air and then a flying spinning hooking kick (360) before landing.
Hong-kong-twist - before falling to the ground, the fighter spins rapidly.
Saochi- sometimes called a suicide front. The fighter does a forwards somersault but lands on his back. The stunt industry uses this to make it look like a fighter has forced his opponent into a somersault by jerking him forward. (impossible)
