Water Mill Wildflowers 4-H Group

In September, members of The Water Mill Wildflowers 4-H Group collected and raised monarch caterpillars. Each girl kept a journal of the experience as the caterpillars ate milkweed, hung and spun a chrysalis, finally emerging as a beautiful monarch butterfly. The butterflies were then released to continue their migration to Mexico.
