 
- Makes body lists from .carinfo files
Few problems, ie. Daihatsu misses some of those 2WD/4WD separations.
- Makes body list with color info
RGB values are just an idea but at least few seems to be correct.
And, includes a list with EU US names.
- Splits carparam files
- Ini file has some default filenames and line lenghts ('words') for results
- GT2rSwap.txt has some useful info from splits
- *.d results are exactly same as *.txt results but in plain binary format
- *.p* results are sources for other programs like GT2rSwap
- Day and Credit modifier for games saves
Changing 'List' changes day to next decade when list is active.

- Extracts files from the GT2.vol file collection.
I've only tried it with sim. disk but it propably work with arc. also.

And few problems, ie. day one Toyota 2000GT, list says yes but game no.
