She is bi-lingual, member of the bravados, and although an un-used character is often seen dining at The Rump Cafe! Only Lady Tola-Svetlana could pull this off, and pull this off she does!
Not only is she stunning, but is credited with the beverage trend of mixing teas with alcohol and other substances. This new trend, no doubt, saved The Tea House from financial and social doom.
