In this reporter's opinion, there is no bigger laughing stock in ALL of Folleywood, then Sir Joe! Who does he think he is kidding? Going around town, telling everyone all about the uptown Folleywood parties that he gets invited to, all the connections he has! Please! If he has such connections, then why is he still an un-used character?
Rumor has it, that Sir Joe has refused treatment for his alcoholic addictions, despite pleas from caring companions. What a hopeless toad! He truly gives un-used characters a bad name!
