Remco produced this 3 3/4" line during the mid to late 80's. (Not to be confused with "Defenders of the Earth" featuring Flash Gordon!) The articulation was similar to G.I.Joe, but lacked the ball jointed head, instead there was only a swivel-neck. The plastic used for the figures and weapons was very soft, and pliable, and combined with limited sculpting, the overall quality was quite poor. The actual characters seem to be inspired by Joes, "Martial Master" (Storm Shadow), "Karate Star" (Quick Kick), and "Jungle Raider" (Recondo). The figures and playsets were cheap to buy about £1 a figure.
