Z Force Whirlwind

This was a repaint of G.I.JOE's Twin Battle Gun Whirlwind.
It is in a noticeably lighter green colour, as with the rest of the Z force Armoury. The decals are made of paper.

It came boxed and did not come with a figure.

This is one of the best mini-vehicles ever made, simply due to its attention to detail. These include the Rotating twin barrels, with hidden-thumb activated motion, which elevate; twin ammo pods with removal covers, which when opened reveal rounds of ammo ; a control panel with properly molded separate monitor, plus a radar image of a Hyena Tank ; rotating base ; tow hook which was designed for the APC/VAMP, and fully folding wheels to allow for secure positioning.

As with most vehicles borrowed from the Joe line, The seat doesn't really suit a figure that doesn't have knee articulation.
