SAS Hawk |

This was a repaint of G.I. Joe's Cobra F.A.N.G. this was the SAS's
airpower.
It came boxed, with a figure Blades. This was not very different to it's Cobra counterpart. it was still molded in black, but the armaments (4 missiles-not shown) rear stabilising rotor, and its chin gun were done in yellow. The paper decals made the vehicle part of the SAS elite unit. Later in the comic the Top secret "Blueprints" would be captured by Baron Ironblood, so that he could produce his F.A.N.G. air armarda! As with most AF vehicles, the Hawk came with a multi-jointed redecorated G.I.Joe figure. However this was one vehicle that the less articulated AF figures could not use, as it still featured a back peg which required a compatible back hole which the AF team were lacking. |
