| IT'S FINISHED ! |
| He climbed the Hill of Calvary; His burden was a cross, But it was light to what He bore within. For in that Precious Body Which never did a wrong He bore the heavy burden of man's sin. He fell beneath the lashes, His temple pricked with thorns. But these deterred Him not in His resolve To finish what was started The moment of His Birth; The sins of man to utterly absolve. Suspended and tormented, Afflicted with such shame, One word, and angels would have set Him free, Instead He said, "It's finished," And then gave up the ghost, And with these words delivered you and me!
