We did get another chance though. After we moved on, we saw them again and got a great view. Just no more film. After we came around the pan by the water we saw four more! A mom and a very small baby, and another mom and an older calf. We were lucky to see one of the babies nursing. That was our excitement for the day.

We are now in Warmbaths, South africa. We came to stay in a chalet at Aventura. We didn't consider it was a weekend, and they were fully booked. We rented a chalet for one night. We went to the tourist office and found out about Bambelela (to hold on) Guest Farm. The girl in the tourist office gave us the number and we found out that she had a chalet available. We drove about 20 km out of Warmbaths to find this lovely farm in a valley. It is really beautiful here. The owner is a German woman name Silke. She has done a wonderful job of decorating this chalet. Silke has 9 dogs and a lot of cats, like 40, I think she said! She also has pigs, ducks, and geese. They are all well taken care of. The cats have their own tree of kennels built on the side of the hill, it is very unique. We are here for 2 nights until we fly out tomorrow night.
