| The Wang Stuff - Are you made of it? |
| OK, OK..My real name is not Wang. Its my nickname that I stole from Penny Arcade (Very funny site. Visit it!). My real name is tick-a tick-a Lee Attewell. And I live in a house located in Duston, Northampton, UK. However, my school, my job and my friends, and my Dad are all based in Kingshorpe, Northampton, UK. For those who do not know of Northampton, thats a 3 mile gap. Sucks to be me =(. Anyway. If I'm not working, or in school, I draw..crap, write songs (Infact I wrote a song for Ashley), or I'm round a mates house, either drinking or smoking. Sometimes both, there the best nights. One advantange to living in the UK is the drinking age is 18. OK, I'm 16, but I look 18 and thats all that matters to the bouncers at Time and Envy. As I said, I write songs. I'm trying to form a band at the moment with my friends, Adam and Bob. I sing, write the songs and play lead guitar, Adam's on bass and Bob's on drums. Together we are 'Back of the Queue' and we have everything we need to make it big...Except talent, which is a big thing to miss. But hey, if Blink 182 can do it, so can we. We're having a problem at the moment though. The spirit is wiling but the flesh is lazy and so the band will prolly never make it past a demo cd. At school, I'm in the middle of studying A Levels in Computing, English and Comm. Studies. I pretty much live my life at school as if I was playing Metal Gear Solid, as I have to avoid satan himself, Mr. Butthole... I mean Butlin. In my room, I listen to the finest Rock and Trance has to offer. Well, in my musical taste wise. I have recently fell in love with the Hoobastank CD and Hoob's front man Douglas Robb (In a non-homo way). He inspired me to start righting my feelings on paper and create songs. I also love Staind, Jimmy Eat World, Nickleback, Creed, Placebo, Adema, and Counting Crows (And no, not just coz Ash likes them). While my other CD contains euro-beat dance (Mostly from the Dance Dance Revolution games, Like E-Rotic, Boom Boom Boom Doller, Butterfly ect.) and Trance (like Chicane, Fragma, Hybrid, and Lange). Geocities on has a 15MB limit, so I'll keep this short. The tragic disaster film that is my love life. By the time I gained my testostorone, I had fallen in love with a girl by the name of Emma. After 2 years of being messed around and having my heart broken multiple times, I moved on. Since then I have had this on-off relasionship with Charmaine, who is a relative of Emma. (It must run in the family). By this time my heart had been broken so many times I had bog all conferdence with girls. However, I see this as an important time in my life and I lernt many of lifes little lessons. At the moment I remain single for now almost a year, and to be honest, I can't be dealing with girls and all the pain they bring. I'm still a romantic at heart, enjoying a good 'ol love story and any romantic ballard released. And I still keep my value of respecting girlfriends, despite my unpleasent history with girls. Christ.... And that was the short version. So thats basically me. I live in a large town in East-England, I'm a social, old romantic, that likes tobacco, drink, computers, and music (Not forgeting the girls that keep my hope that there are nice girls out there - The Twins). My MKA Story About a year or so ago, Nick aired a show called 'Two of a Kind'. At first I laughed at it (Not with it) because I'm not a big fan of Nick shows (With the exception of ToaK and Tucker). Personally, I think Sabrina the Teenage Bitch can sit on a sharpe object. However, I watched a 'Two of a Kind Sunday' that Nick seemed to do alot. it was either that or school work. Thankfully, I put that work off and found this show very funny. Later I read in a TV mag about a show that stared the Olsen twins called 'So Little Time'. I watched, and to my surprise, my funny little girls had grown up to become attractive teenagers. Although not as funny as Two of a Kind, So Little Time was an great show. Larry, being my fave character...The poor guy. After a while I gained great intrest in them and soon found myself becoming a big fan. With Ash being the main love of my life and MK the third. (Sonic the Hedgehog being second...Happy memories of my Megadrive!)...OK, let me clear this up, this is things I like most about life... Not on looks.. You sick, sick people. Ashley, In case you haven't noticed, is my fave. I love Mary-Kate aswell, but theres something about Ashley that's special. As I said before I've wrote a song about Ashley, and there'll prolly be more in the future since I write them when I'm bored at work. However, I want to write one for Mary-Kate too (Can't leave her out...bless her). I know I'm being a bit geeky, writing songs about stars that'll never see them or even know I'm alive, but hey... I'm optermistic. Incase you are reading this, Ashley, I know you have a boyfriend but if things don't work out with him, theres a guy in the UK willing to give you everything and make you feel special. ...Like I said... I'm optermisitc...Very, very optermistic. |

| WANG RELATED NEWZ! Hundred Reasons Fans of british rock may of heard of a new band called, Hundred Reasons. Well on May 20th, their debut album was released; and I got it that day! I had seen them about 3 weeks before hand live in concert, in Leicester with 3 other friends. It was one blinding day, the fun trip to Leicester on the coach, with Bob going insane because he need a smoke, but wasn't allowed, the mission trying to find the concert hall with Paul's map reading skills being absolote no help what so ever, the meeting with the lead singer, Colin when we finally found the place, the 3 pints before the concert in a very nice pub called the Quay, the concert itself then the chat we had with Colin afterwards! Let me tell you, he is one sound guy! All ended with one fast drive home in a taxi and Bob talking in his sleep about how hunky he was and how all the girls wanted him....=/. Anyway, after one of the most amazing shows of my life, I finally got my hands on their album, which, like the concert, was just as amazing! This has got to be the biggest debut album of the year, and I'm not just saying that because i saw them live and chatted with their frontman, but because I've heard the album and its good...very good. And Kerrang! Magazine aggres with me. So if your a fan of rock, such as the like of Jimmy Eat World, Hoobastank and Incubus:- then get this! Its amazingly brilliant.
