We will  continue our in-depth research on an Asian country into May. The class seems to enjoy working on this project.  We will share our expert knowledge in class Power Point presentations. Each student will develop a Power Point Jeopardy game to play at the end of their presentation. As a mini-project each student will read a National Geographic article related to an Asian topic of interest. Students will take notes, compile a report, and share the information with the class. We will continue to work on our projects into the week of May 10th to the 14th. We will break in the middle of next week to review for our final exam which will be taken Thurs. May 13th.A study guide will be available online this weekend. Our exam will cover Unit 8- Asia. Powerpoint presentations will tentatively be held  the week of May 17th. This date could change if the students are ready at an earlier date. This project will count as two test grades for product and a daily grade for presentation.
