So that�s the weakest part of the show, now lets get on to what makes this show what it is. It has everything a guy would want in a show. Its got violent bloodshed, drunken bar room brawls, murder, underhanded politics, and gives competition to a soft core pore with all the tits and ass you see flashing around the screen.
The show has great character development, giving you different angels of what the different class representations were going through during this time of Roman life. Rome is on the brink of war, trading in their democracy for an emperor like Caesar. The best view point, are by two soldiers who are by far the manliest of men, giving the show the aspect of a good buddy movie. These two soldiers Titus Pullo (basically your strong ass kicking, legionnaire) and Lucius Vorenus ( the refined ass kicking officer) start off as enemies and go on through a plethora of events that should have long ago killed them, but they still seem to survive. Caesar puts it well when he says �These two have the favor of the gods� Just to show how kick ass these two are, their boat gets pummeled in a storm every one dies except them, they wash up on some island then make a raft out of dead bodies to make their way back to the main land. Fucking Cubans Id like to see them do that!
Another view point the series gives you is through the eyes of Mark Anthony, hes general of the third legion, and Casers right hand man. After Caesar, takes Rome form the Republic he decides to go hunt down Pompey and any one else who would see fit to defie him. He leaves Anthony in command , of the city of Rome. From here Anthony whores around drinks profusely, and is banging Ceases niece, Atia of the Julii(A major Milf I may add). While Anthony is being the envy of our dreams he gets a letter from Ceaser asking for his help in the war. It brings Anthony to a dilemma, would he rather serve in heaven or rule in hell.
Now before I get the �But Bandit, I don�t want to miss Will and Grace shit� the show doesn�t finish giving here. No, just when you though this couldn�t get any better they go and throw in lesbians. Fuck ya, nothing completes a show like some good old Lesbian action. I cant wait for the next surprise, im hoping for orgies or something, or getting to see a kick ass Harem room.
