In Kerala, life is a celebration. A close look at the Kerala calendar will reveal that this is a land where the festivals never end. A reflection of the terrain of the land and her exuberant people, these festivals are invariable connected with a temple, church, mosque or a national phenomenon. However, the festival here are cultural events which bring together people from all walks of life, all castes and creeds the are perhaps the only occasions when one get to watch the wealth of classical and folk arts of the land which are otherwise fast being relegated to memory.

Onam : The harvest festival of Kerala, when celebrations in the state go on for ten whole days, then there are the annual festivals in the thousands of temples, churches and mosques.

Nishagandhi Dance festivals : The other exotic week long events.

Gramam : The Kerala Village Fair.

Boat race : The exciting boat races which are unique to this land.

International food festivals : Craft festivals, flower and agri-fest. No festival or celebration in Kerala is complete without an elephant procession.
