Mark's Kitchen

One of the things on which I pride myself is my ability in the kitchen. From time to time I hope to add new recipes and ideas that have worked for me. When it's -10° outside, the wind chill's downright nasty, and the grill is covered with a foot of snow, nobody wants to head out to barbecue some ribs. This month's recipe is for folks stuck in the middle of winter (or in the summer when in a pouring rain), stove-top barbecue. My helpful tip this month is for those with a little girl at home with an E-Z Bake Oven.
