This is a beautiful home, I wish I had a home like this one.
I love the view of the gardens, it is so peaceful
And relaxing here. I am so glad you dropped by,
I hope you can stay awhile. May I get you something to drink?
coffee? tea? perhaps a danish?
I love the country, that is why I named my site
One Missouri Country Girl.
You can the Robins sing their lovely melody as
The sun breaks over the horizon and each plant
Is kissed by the morning dew. The wildlife are plentiful
Here, rabbits, oppossums, skunks, squirls, deer, birds,
And butterflies of sll colors. There are beautiful finches,
American Gold Finches, House Finches, and Purple Finches.
I love the soft calls of the finches but the
Robins are my favorite song birds.
Then of course the flying jewels of the air,
those gorgeous Hummingbirds. They are such a delight.
What are some of my favorite things, you ask?
Well, I love the country, I have already established that.
However, I love beauty, many types of music but not loud
Hard Rock, Rap, or Hard Metal,
I prefer music from the 40's, 50's 60's, and some of the 70's.
I grew up in the 50's, and love the times, I am a fan of
that era, MoTown, Pop, Christian, Country, Classical,
Easy listening, Irish, Instrumentals, Relaxation Music,
Sounds of Nature. My idols? you ask.
No I never had any idols, although I had a
lot of favorite entertainers.
What kind of movies do I like, you ask?
Family movies, with animals, yes, animals.
I love documentaries about history, archeology, paleontology
Ancient civilizations, the life and culture of the times.
As you can see, I have a lot of favorites.
I'll not get into the dislikes, not now anyway.
