My Resume
I love football.  That is may be the most important thing to know about me.  But I suppose there is more...

I was born in 1974 in
"Chill-mington", Delaware where I played a lot of football, and attended school at St. Edmunds Academy and Archmere Academy, both in Claymont, DE.  I also attended the FAME (Forum for the Advancement of Minorities in Engineering) program during my summers from seventh grade on (thanks mom & dad).

When I graduated high school I traveled south to
Tallahassee, Florida where I attended the illustrious Florida A&M University (and got stuck).

I married the most beautiful and intelligent woman on FAMU's campus (who had a son) in 1998 and started working for Torrington (now
Timken)  in Cairo, GA.

I now work for the
Center for Advanced Power Systems at Florida State University, where I am heavily involved in controls system programming, including Ladder Logic, using Rockwell Automations software packages.

I love my wife (thought I'd put that on there for you honey), something else to note about me .

Another powerful influence in my life is
Bugs Bunny.  I think he helped raised me.
Raiders
6-ers
Looney Tunes
Psalm 133
2Pac Shakur

Still looking for a good Tony Dorsett Link (if you see one let me know)

HOW STUFF WORKS
dot com!!!  learn how it all works
Football is my religion.
I play the saxophone once a year whether I need to or not!.
Watching basketball (Go
AI!)
I am the great schemer!
Watching
PBS Kids , Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon (with the kids of course).
My immediate family is located in Wilmington, DE.

My
mother is paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair, but since her accident, she finished her Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Illinois, got married, got a job working as a social worker for the State of Delaware, got married, raised two kids (I'm one of 'em), opened her own private practice, and is now waiting for my father to retire so she can retire from the state.  Oh yeah, she was also voted into the Delaware Women's Hall of Fame in 2001!

My
dad was a professional trumpet player.  He teaches a field class for Lincoln University, and works for the State of Delaware's Center for Proffessional Development's Affirmative Action Office.  He is active in the church, and talks to me almost every day using MSN Instant Messenger.

My
brother is probably the most gifted person I know.  He can play almost any instrument (well), cooks professionally, and is working on a degree in social work at Delaware State University.

I have two beautiful children,
Tashim (11) and Onyame (5).  And a lovely bride, Lauren (I won't tell you her age).

Lauren works for the
Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a Reuse Specialist (she's much smarter than I am).

Some of my most important friends are:

My wife, Lauren (of course).
April Ige (a fellow FAMU Rattler from Delaware) her husband, Lanre, and their little boy, Tolu (I think that's how you spell it).
Brandon Taylor
my best friend from college (peace Deacon Taylor).
Brian Friel
my friend since 4th grade and owner of Friel's Automotive in Avondale PA... (610)268-8411 if you need your car fixed right the first time!

My two favorite cousins,
Chucky and Steve (and all their beautiful kids).

My Torrington buddies (I couldn't keep a job as long as my mother).
Jonathan Waller, Robert Potts, Mike Sieg, Waymon Williams, Al Hopkins, Dennis Williams (the owner of the best salvage yard in Cairo, GA), and Rodney Singletary, who promised to go to battle with me (thanks).

Yes there are more to whom I owe much, like
Brian Johns and Anthony Manerchia (whom I have known since 4th grade... let's get together for a game of Monopoly some time), Ikoyi Miller (a.k.a. P-Bone), Kacy Wilson (my freshman year roomate), and others whom I will neglect now... but know that I love you too.
