Nice sunny studio apt. in the heart of the East Village, Manhattan. Be in the hippest & safest neighborhood of Manhattan, plenty of coffee places, bars, movie theatres, etc.
Newly renovated, exposed brick wall, tree by the window, direct sunlight (2 south facing windows). Fully furnished. Walk-up building. Safe and clean on a quiet street. Fast internet connection, cable TV, VCR & DVD player. Close to subway trains F, V and 4, 5, 6 and L. It's a 15-minute walk from Soho.
I'm looking for just ONE responsible person, non-smoker, reliable, and neat. Someone who will take care of my place as if it were his/her own. Please, tell me about yourself.
TOTAL PRICE IS $1860 for the entire period ($60/day x 31 days)
(this price is INCLUDING gas, electricity, hot water, fast internet connection, basic cable TV).
Security deposit: $500 (Fully Refundable at the end of stay)
