The day we toured the campus, there was a basketball camp in progress. The camp was completed for the day, but the doors to the facility were open, so we walked in.
This didn't seem to be an issue, as a staff member showed us up to the upper deck for further photos.
The arena is more of a fire pit in person than comes through on the photos. Scaffolding is up in most of the seating area as air conditioning is being added to the building.
