Geodude
Pokédex Info: Geodude rocks! It hangs out in fields and mountains. But unless you bother it, Geodude probably won't move. In fact, most passerby think it is just a rock or boulder. Watch out though, Geodude's rock-like skin makes it hard to attack--and almost impossible to capture. At level 25, Geodude evolves into Graveler, and then into Golem when you trade it.
Brock's Geodude: Geodude is one of Brock's original Pokémon, along with Onix. This floating rock with arms is as solid as a rock, and just as tough for competion to beat... unless, of course, you've got a water Pokémon.
Onix
Pokédex Info: At more than twenty-eight feet, Onix is the longest Pokémon in existence. As it grows, the stone parts of Onix's body become as black as coal and as hard as diamonds. Definetly not a Pokémon for a beginning trainer to face! Onix does not evolve.
Brock's Onix: Onix is the second of Brock's original two, the other being Geodude. Brock's Onix is young and small, compared to Bruno's wild Onix, which are wild and mean-tempered. But Brock's is friendly and plays well with children.
Vulpix
Pokédex Info: A cute exterior hides inner strength. This Pokémon is extremely rare. As Vulpix grows older, it's tail spits at the tip. Vulpix likes to confuse it's enemy. Then it uses the powerful flames of it's Fire Spin technique to block an opponent from moving. Vulpix evolves into Ninetails with the help of a Firestone.
Brock's Vulpix: Brock recieved his Vulpix as a gift from a girl named Susie. Vulpix is the cutest and most adorable of Brock's Pokémon. When Brock was faced with the decision of evolving Vulpix into Ninetails, he refused because he wanted to raise it as a Vulpix and let it get strong before he considered evolution.
Zubat
Pokédex Info: Zubat live in colonies--or groups, in dark places like caves and tunnels. They use ultra-sonic waves, a built in radar system, to move around in the dark and find enemies. Their Leech Life technique sucks the energy out of their opponent. Thier own energy increases. At level 22, Zubat evolves into Golbat.
Brock's Zubat: Brock captured Zubat after he left Pewter City to travel with Ash & Misty. This was his first Pokémon other than Geodude & Onix. Brock caught Zubat at Mount Moon, where the fabled Moon Stone dwells.
